Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Customized or personalized products and final sale items are non-returnable. To start a return, contact us at info@leatherton.com with your order number and reason for return, then ship the item to the return address provided and keep the tracking number for reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after inspection; note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges are handled as returns followed by a new purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
